Terms of Service

Version of October 8, 2026

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Nataliia Romanova PR Ketering Vkusno po ruski Beograd, a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia, registration number 67268903, tax number (PIB) 114026599, based in Belgrade, Serbia (“Askora”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the Askora website, studio, Telegram mini app and notification bot @AskoraStudioBot (together, the “Service”), which you use to build and run chatbots.

By creating an account, signing in to the studio or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business to them. You must be at least 18 years old.

1. Definitions

User, you: a person or company with an Askora account.

Bot: a chatbot built by you in Askora and connected to Telegram, either created with the one-button flow or with your own BotFather token.

Bot clients: people who message your bot.

Credits: units of AI work in the Service, described in section 4.

2. The Service

Askora lets you describe a bot in plain words. An AI agent built on Claude from Anthropic assembles it from a catalog of modules, checks it and lets you edit it by chatting or on a flow map. A single runtime then runs all bots. Further features include requests and dialogs, statistics, broadcasts, bookings, a shop and integrations available on your plan.

The Service is provided “as is”. We keep developing it and may change or remove features. We will tell you in advance about significant changes. Features marked “coming soon” are not available yet.

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what your bot says before and after you publish it, and for checking prices, times and promises it gives to your clients.

3. Your account

You sign in with Telegram or with an email and password. Keep your access safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account, including by colleagues you give access to your bots.

Give us accurate information. You connect Telegram bots with your own tokens and keys, and you keep them under your control.

4. Plans, credits and payment

Free plan: one bot in Telegram, 20 credits a day with no more than 200 a month, and a “Made with Askora” line in the bot. Paid plans: Start - $9 a month, 1 bot, 1,000 credits a month; Pro - 9 a month, 3 bots, 2,500 credits a month; Business - $49 a month, 10 bots, 6,000 credits a month. Paid plans have no Askora line. A yearly payment covers 12 months at once with a 20% discount. Current prices and plan contents are on the pricing page.

A credit is a unit of AI work. Building a bot, editing it and AI answers to your bot clients are paid from one balance of credits. Before a build or an edit, the Service shows an estimate. Credits are charged after the work is done, based on the actual work of the AI model, so the final amount can differ from the estimate. If a build, an edit or an AI answer fails, including when the Service fixes its own error, no credits are charged.

Plan credits are given for each month (on the Free plan, each day within the monthly limit). Unused plan credits do not carry over. You can buy more: an add-on of +1,000 credits a month for 4, or a one-time pack of +500 credits for $9, valid for 90 days. Plan credits are used first, then the pack.

Paid plans are currently free during our beta. Nothing is charged until billing is switched on. Before that happens we will tell you in advance, and you will be able to choose a plan or stay on Free. When billing is on, payments are taken by a third-party payment processor; we do not see or store your card details.

When billing is on, paid plans renew automatically until you turn renewal off in “Plan and payment”. The plan then stays active until the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, we retry up to 3 times within 3 days, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your bots and data are not deleted and running bots are not turned off, but you cannot connect bots above the Free limit.

Refunds: Nataliia Romanova PR Ketering Vkusno po ruski Beograd will consider refund requests sent to support. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Your bots and your clients

You decide what your bot says. You are responsible for the content of your bots and broadcasts, and for the prices, goods, services and promises you make to your clients.

Send broadcasts only to people who started the conversation with your bot and have not unsubscribed, and only where you have a lawful basis or their consent. Bot clients can unsubscribe with /stop or the word “unsubscribe” and rejoin with /subscribe.

Payments inside your bots, such as Telegram Stars, go directly to you under the rules of that payment provider. We do not receive or hold your clients’ money and are not responsible for those payments, refunds or taxes.

You must follow the law that applies to your business, including consumer, marketing, tax and data protection law, and Telegram’s own terms and limits.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for spam, fraud, illegal or infringing content, harassment, malware, getting around Telegram’s restrictions, abusing the Free plan, probing or attacking the Service, or reselling access without our agreement.

AI features must not be used to produce content that breaks the law or the usage policies of our AI model providers.

7. Blocking

If you break these Terms, we may suspend or block your account. We tell you the reason in the studio and in @AskoraStudioBot.

When an account is blocked, its bots are turned off but not deleted: requests, clients, settings and versions are kept. You can still sign in to see the reason and contact support. After unblocking, bots do not start by themselves; you turn them on.

8. Intellectual property

You own your content, including your bots’ texts, images and data. You give us a licence to host, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you.

We own the Service, its software, catalog of modules and branding. These Terms give you a right to use the Service, not to copy it. “Claude” and “Anthropic” are trademarks of Anthropic; Askora is an independent product.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, indirect losses, outages of Telegram, payment providers, AI model providers or other external systems, or for actions of you and your colleagues. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Personal data

We process personal data under our Privacy Policy. For the data of your bot clients you are the controller and we are your processor.

11. Term and ending

These Terms apply while you have an account. You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account yourself in “Account” or ask support; your data is erased after 30 days, and signing in during that time cancels the deletion.

We may end or suspend the Service for a user who breaks these Terms, or close the Service with reasonable notice.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the studio or by email before it applies. Changes to prices of an already paid period apply from the next period. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also rely on the mandatory law and courts of the country where they live.
